Elias McQuade was an employee for Marotta Wealth Management from 2016 until 2026.

Before starting work with Marotta Wealth Management, Elias was an International Management Trainee for Delhaize Group and worked for local real estate investment firms. He earned a B.A in International Business from Bryant University, Magna Cum Laude, with concentrations in Finance, Spanish, and Entrepreneurship. He has also received real estate licenses in Virginia and Massachusetts.
