Forms
These are the most common getting started forms. We have prefilled sections with the common information and highlighted the remaining sections for you. After printing, reviewing, filling out, and physically signing the form, you can scan and upload the whole thing to our secure ShareFile client portal by following the steps in our guide, “How to Upload a Secure Document to Marotta.” In doing so, you are either requesting that we open or continue an advisory relationship.
Any time that you are considering opening an account or rolling over retirement assets, the SEC requires that we prominently tell you that the latest copy of our Form CRS is on our website here. For more information about Marotta Wealth Management, you can read our Frequently Asked Questions or review our descriptive brochure.
Charles Schwab
If you are already a client of Charles Schwab, instead of sending the form to us, you have the option of uploading your form directly to Schwab via the “Upload Document” link in the message center of your Schwab.com login here.
Marotta Wealth Management
To return any of these forms, you can upload the whole thing to our secure ShareFile client portal here.
