Lisa Short is a Client Success Manager for Marotta Wealth Management, focusing on fostering positive client collaboration, ensuring each project is finished to high success, and developing our team’s talent.

She joined Marotta in 2026 after almost a decade of experience as in financial services as a client experience director, client service manager, and office manager.

Lisa graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in Languages (Spanish and French). She completed a Hotel and Restaurant Management program at L’Ecole Des Roches in Switzerland, pursued continuing education coursework in Finance and Accounting at UConn in Connecticut, and studied Spanish and German through Berlitz and the Cervantes Institute in New York City.

Lisa lives in Arizona with her partner Michael but considers New York City her spirit home. She has two sons who bring her the most joy, and two cats who are only marginally cuter than her sons. She abides by the Golden Rule and occasionally spoils friends and family with multi-coursed meals cooked from scratch.
